Replacement of spherical support of the lower levers of a forward suspension bracket

REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER

At assembly of the car spherical support priklepyvatsya to the lower levers of a suspension bracket. In the course of service of the car of a rivet are replaced with bolted fixture.

1. Remove the lower lever of a suspension bracket (see the Section Removal, capital repairs and installation of the lower levers of a forward suspension bracket).
2. Clamp the lever in a vice and drill heads of rivets of fastening on it a spherical support. A drift push out cores of rivets and remove a support from the lever.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Install a new spherical support on the lever, from above insert into openings from under rivets fixing bolts. Screw nuts and tighten them with the required effort.
2. Install the lower lever on the car (see the Section Removal, capital repairs and installation of the lower levers of a forward suspension bracket).
