1. Firmly cock the parking brake, then a front of the car and establish to a poddomkratta it on props.
2. Release bolts of fastening of a pulley of a driving belt to the steering pump, then weaken a belt and throw off it from a pulley. Now turn out fixing bolts and remove a pulley from the pump, having tried to remember its adjusting situation.
3. Special clips or clamps press the giving and feeding hoses near the tank of the steering pump for the purpose of minimization of losses of hydraulic liquid.
4. Turn out the fixing screw and remove a collar of fastening of the giving tube from a basic arm (if that is provided).

5. Release a collar and disconnect the giving hose from the pump, then turn out a nipple bolt and disconnect the feeding hose. For collecting the spilled liquid prepare drain capacity. The open ends of hoses/tubes at once to a zakuporta for the purpose of minimization of losses of liquid and in order to avoid hit in hydraulic system of dirt. Remove sealing washers of nipple connection of a hydraulic tube. At assembly sealing washers are subject to replacement without fail.

6. Turn out bolts of fastening of the pump and take the last from an assembly bracket.
7. The pump is executed in a look to tight assembly and recovery repair is not subject. In case of refusal make replacement.

1. Start the pump on the regular place, screw fixing bolts and tighten them with the required effort.
2. Establish new sealing washers on both sides of nipple connection of the feeding tube, then screw a nipple bolt. Make sure of correctness of joining of the socket and strongly tighten a nipple bolt.
3. Connect the giving tube to the pump, having reliably fixed it by a collar. Now the clips pressing hoses can be removed.
4. Install the steering pump on basic arms, screw fixing bolts and tighten them with the required effort.
5. Establish into place a pump pulley while only slightly having tightened fixing bolts. Make adjustment of a natyazhiyeniye of a belt, then finally tighten bolts of fastening of a pulley.
