1. Install a lock-nut and a washer on the sensor switch, then screw the last in a pedal arm.
2. Connect an ohmmeter / лампу-пробник between sensor switch plugs. Screw the sensor switch so that the device registered disconnection of a chain (infinite resistance / лампа-пробник does not burn). Having smoothly squeezed out a pedal of a foot brake, make sure of emergence of conductivity (zero resistance / lamp a sampler burns) already through 10 ÷ 15 mm of the course of a pedal. In case of need correct position of the sensor switch, achieving the required results.
3. In the absence of near at hand measuring instrument the same adjustment can be made by visual registration of operation of stoplights (ignition is included) - use the help of the assistant.
4. Squeeze out a pedal, then extend a sensor switch plunger outside, having rested it against a pedal body. Release a pedal for installation of a plunger.
5. Having adjusted the sensor switch, strongly tighten a lock-nut and connect an electrical wiring. Once again make sure of serviceability of functioning of stoplights. |
