REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the brake drum (see the Section Removal, check of a state and installation of reels of brake mechanisms of back wheels).
2. For the purpose of minimization of losses of brake fluid uncover with the GTTs tank, then, having enclosed under it a polyethylene film, again screw on the mouth. At the same time the due sealing of the tank which is not allowing the level of liquid to fall excessively strongly due to the arising depression is reached. Alternatively, losses of liquid can be minimized by a perezhimaniye a special clip or a clamp of a flexible hose of this brake mechanism.
3. Accurately disconnect the top coupling spring from both boots and remove it from the brake mechanism. Part the top ends of boots in the parties, having disconnected them from pistons of the wheel cylinder.
4. Carefully wipe nipple connection of a brake tube from the back party of the wheel cylinder. Give a cap nipple nut. Carefully take away a tube from the cylinder and a zakuporta its end for the purpose of prevention of hit in system of dirt. At once collect traces of the spilled liquid by rags.
5 Turn out fixing bolts from the back party of a brake board and remove the wheel cylinder - try not to splash out from it brake fluid on frictional overlays of boots.


Capital repairs

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove with a brush from the surface of the wheel cylinder traces of dirt and dust - not to inhale the last put on a protective mask or a respirator.
2. Remove rubber boots from end faces of the case of the wheel cylinder.
3. Pistons are usually squeezed out of the cylinder due to the pushing-out effort of a razzhimny screw spring. Otherwise, tap the cylinder case from an end face the hammer through wooden whetstone, or pump up in the cylinder air under low pressure via the hydraulic union (for example, by means of the foot automobile pump).
4. Check a condition of surfaces of pistons and mirrors of the cylinder. In case of detection of scratches, zadir or traces of contact of metals replace assembly of the cylinder.
5. If the condition of pistons and mirrors of the cylinder is found by satisfactory, will throw out old cuffs and prepare ремкомплект with a totality of necessary components.
6. Remove pistons old cuffs (try to remember their adjusting situation), then moisten new with pure brake fluid and fingers fill them in the cylinder (big diameter forward).
7. Dip pistons in fresh brake fluid and insert a razzhimny spring into the cylinder.
8. Fill with rotary progress pistons in the cylinder.
9. Establish boots and check freedom of the course of pistons in the cylinder.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Make sure of purity of the interfaced surfaces of the wheel cylinder and a brake board. Part boots in the parties and fill the cylinder on the regular place. Connect a brake tube to the cylinder and on one-two turns acquire a cap nut of nipple connection. Now screw bolts of fastening of the wheel cylinder and tighten them with the required effort.
2. Finally tighten a cap nipple nut and remove a clip from a flexible brake hose / take a polyethylene film from under a GTTs tank cover.
3. Make sure of correctness of placement of brake boots in pistons of the wheel cylinder. Establish the top coupling spring, having tracked correctness of its gearing on boots.
4. Install into place the brake drum (see the Section Removal, check of a state and installation of reels of brake mechanisms of back wheels).
5. Pump over hydraulic system (see the Section Pumping of Hydraulic System).

In case due measures for minimization of losses of brake fluid were taken, there will be only a concrete wheel cylinder given to pump over enough.
