Removal and installation of components of washers of wind glass / lenses of head headlights / back glass

The tank of liquid of washing of a windshield is located in the right forward corner of a motive compartment. On the models equipped with washers of lenses of head headlights the additional pump giving liquid from the tank on nozzles of washing of headlights is provided.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. In a motive compartment turn out bolts and remove from the top part of the tank clamping a level.

2. Remove the tank from support, then disconnect hoses (try to remember an order of their connection). Disconnect an electrical wiring from the giving pumps and remove the tank from the car.

3. Installation is made upside-down. Track correctness of laying and reliability of connection of an electrical wiring and hoses (the top hose is appropriately marked). In conclusion fill in necessary amount of fresh liquid in the tank and check it for existence of signs of leaks.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the tank of the washing liquid.

2. Merge tank contents in suitable capacity, then accurately take the pump from the tank, afterwards remove the rubber plug through passage.

3. Installation is made upside-down. The defective plug through passage is subject to replacement. Having filled in liquid in the tank, check tightness of landing of the plug.


Nozzles of washers of a windshield

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Release a nozzle with a sealant from the landing nest and disconnect from it the giving hose.

2. At installation track reliability of fastening of a hose and density of landing of a nozzle. In case of need adjust the direction of giving of a stream, having used a thin core for this purpose.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Release a nozzle with a sealant from the landing nest and disconnect from it the giving hose.

2. At installation track reliability of fastening of a hose and density of landing of a nozzle. Check serviceability of functioning of a washer, in case of need adjust the direction of giving of a stream, having used a thin core for this purpose.


Nozzles of washers of lenses of head headlights

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a front bumper (see the Section Removal and installation of a front bumper).
2. On models of early years of release give nuts of fastening of a nozzle to a bumper, remove washers, then take a nozzle from a bumper. In case of need the removed block can be disassembled after a skidyvaniye of a fixing clamp.
3. On models of late years of release of a nozzle fasten by means of clamps.
4. Installation is made upside-down. Check serviceability of functioning snuffled, in case of need make correction of the direction of giving of streams (use a thin core).
