REMOVAL

Assembly of the lock

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Open a back door. Separate from a door the panel of an internal upholstery and an insulating film for the purpose of ensuring access to assembly of the lock. Components of castle assembly are presented on an illustration.

2. Disconnect an executive rod from the lock button. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the lock switch.

3. Turn out fixing bolts and remove assembly of the lock from a door.

Lock button

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Open a back door. Separate from a door the panel of an internal upholstery and an insulating film for the purpose of ensuring access to assembly of the button of the lock.

2. Turn out fixing bolts and remove the metal arm established over the button.

3. Disconnect an executive rod from the button and take a clamp of fastening of the button.

4. Turn out fixing screws and remove assembly of the button of the lock from a back door.

5. In case of need take a lock ring from a back part of the cylinder of the lock, remove a washer and a sealing ring, then release the cylinder from the facing panel - try not to drop push-button springs.

Lock drummer

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Open a back door. Turn out fixing screws / release clamps, then separate the panel of finishing of a threshold of a door from a body and remove it from the car.

2. Turn out fixing bolts and remove the drummer's plate of the lock from the car. On the models equipped with the remote drive of unlocking of a door of a back it is necessary to disconnect a driving cable from the drummer.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made upside-down. Check serviceability of functioning of components of assembly of the lock, only after it start installation of an insulating film and the panel of an internal upholstery of a door. In case of need correct position of the drummer.

ADJUSTMENT

PERFORMANCE ORDER

The drummer of the lock has to fix reliably a door at its zakhlopyvaniye. In case of need remove the panel of finishing of a threshold, then weaken fixing screws and correct position of the drummer as appropriate. Having achieved satisfactory result, tighten fixing screws with the required effort. On the models equipped with the remote drive of unlocking of a door it is necessary to track that the lever of a plate of the drummer rested against the limiter, and at a cable there was an insignificant weak point. In case of need release a lock-nut and correct a cable tension rotation of the regulator. Having achieved the required result, fix the regulator and strongly tighten a lock-nut. Check serviceability of functioning of the lock and drive of its remote unlocking, then install into place the panel of an internal upholstery.
