General information and precautionary measures
The body of the car is grouped from stamped steel sections. The majority of body elements are welded among themselves. For fastening of separate components the special glue structure is used.
The cowl, doors and some other sections especially subject to external influences are made of galvanized steel and before coloring are processed by the special consolidating primer. Forward and back doors are equipped with the stiffening ribs providing additional protection at side blows.
Recently in automotive industry both materials and different plastic are more and more widely applied composite. So on cars of the considered brand, except a wide range of panels of finishing of salon, forward and back bumpers and also a decorative front grille are made of high-strength and light synthetic materials. Arches of wheels are equipped by the plastic loker providing additional protection against corrosion. |
