1. Take off a belt of the drive of auxiliary units (see the Section Removal, installation and adjustment of effort of a tension of a belt of the drive of auxiliary units).
2. Remove pulleys of an auxiliary driving belt and the top cover of a gas-distributing belt, then bring the piston of the first cylinder into the provision of VMT of the end of a step of compression, take off a gas-distributing belt its natyazhitel and a cogwheel of the camshaft (see the Section Reduction of the Piston of the First Cylinder in the provision of the top dead point (TDP) of the end of a step of compression, Removal and installation of a belt of the GRM drive and its covers, Removal, check of a state and installation of cogwheels and a natyazhitel of a belt of the GRM drive).
3. Having turned out fixing bolts, uncover with the engine back (internal) a gas-distributing belt.

4. Working according to the instructions provided in appropriate sections of the present Chapter, perform the following procedures:
a) Otboltite a cover of the first bearing of the camshaft also take an epiploon;
b) Oil a new epiploon pure motive and establish it on a camshaft pin;.
c) Grease the interfaced surface, establish a cover of the first bearing of the camshaft and in stages tighten nuts of its fastening with the required effort. |
5. Working as it should be, the return to a dismantle order, establish into place all components which were removed for ensuring access. Do not forget to make adjustment of a tension of gas-distributing and auxiliary belts. |
