Reduction of the piston of the first cylinder in the provision of the top dead point (TDP) of the end of a step of compression

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Uncover a head of cylinders, a belt of the drive of auxiliary units and external covers of a gas-distributing belt (see the Sections Removal, installation and adjustment of a tension of a belt of the drive of auxiliary units, Removal and installation of a natyazhitel and cogwheels of a belt of the GRM drive, Check of tightness of combustion chambers respectively).

2. Remove a cap of an observation port from a coupling dome...

4. Enter working edge of the lock into gearing with a groove a camshaft end face.

5. Without taking the lock, slightly turn a bent shaft clockwise (as did it earlier) so that the lock rested against a surface of a head of cylinders. Since the opposite end of the lock by means of the probe of lezviyny type measure a gap an end face of adaptation and a head.

6. Slightly turn the camshaft in the opposite direction and take the probe. Now it is necessary to level the lock, to introduction fetters from both of its parties of two edges, thickness of each of which has to be equal to a half of the gap measured at the previous stage. Upon completion of centering of the camshaft installation of phases of gas distribution can be considered finished.

7. Having passed a special blocking pin throughout an adjusting opening of a cogwheel of TNVD and throughout a nave groove, fix the pump in adjusting situation.

8. Now the engine will be VMT of the end of a step of compression of the piston of the first cylinder given to situation.
