Flywheel - removal, check and installation
General information
The flywheel fastens to a flange of a bent shaft six bolts of M10x1. Asymmetrical placement of bolted openings excludes a possibility of the wrong installation of assembly for the purpose of balancing preservation. At installation bolts of fastening of a flywheel are subject to replacement without fail. Before a vvorachivaniye a carving part of new bolts is greased with the fixing sealant like Loctite 547 or Loctite 270. Before installation of a new gear wreath it should be warmed in the electric furnace up to the temperature of 400 °C. The flywheel is calculated on installation of assembly of coupling with a diameter of 200 mm. On a flywheel the tag of VMT of the piston of the first cylinder which when performing the corresponding repair work has to be combined with the response index on a coupling dome is provided.
