General information

Depending on a car complete set the auxiliary driving belt is used for the drive from a pulley of a bent shaft of such devices as the generator, the steering pump and the compressor of the conditioner of air.

On some models the multicostal auxiliary belt is equipped with the device of automatic adjustment of a tension (depending on a route of laying and quantity of the given components). On other models adjustment of a tension of a belt is made by change of position of the generator.

At installation of a belt it is necessary to take care of adjustment of effort of its tension.

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Park the car on the flat platform, cock the parking brake and prop up wedges back wheels. Release nuts of fastening of the right forward wheel.
2. A car front also establish to Poddomkratta it on props. Remove the right forward wheel.
3. Turn out screws of fastening of a cover of a belt.
4. Check a belt for existence of factory direction signs of rotation. In case of need put the corresponding marking independently.


Models with an automatic natyazhitel of an auxiliary belt

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Having thrown with a rozhkovy key the central nut of a natyazhitel, develop the last clockwise, overcoming effort of a spring.


Models without automatic natyazhitel of an auxiliary belt

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. On one-two turns weaken the top and lower bolts of fastening of the generator.
2. Shift the generator down to an emphasis, turning it around the top support and overcoming spring resistance.

Installation of a belt and adjustment of effort of its tension

Put on a belt a pulley of a bent shaft. Track that belt edges correctly got to reciprocal streams of a pulley.


Models with an automatic natyazhitel

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. A cap key develop a natyazhitel of a belt for the central nut clockwise.
2. Get a belt the flat party under a roller of a natyazhitel, then throw with it the corresponding pulleys. Track correctness of hit of edges of a belt in streams of pulleys.
3. The tension of a belt will occur automatically at an otpuskaniye of a natyazhitel.


Models without automatic natyazhitel

1. Overcoming spring resistance, several times shift the generator down to an emphasis, checking serviceability of return it in a starting position at an otpuskaniye. In case of need release bolts for a half-turn.
2. Holding the generator in the wrung-out situation, put on a belt its pulley. Release the generator - the belt at the same time has to stretch under the influence of a spring.
3. Without tightening generator bolts, start the engine, let's it work on single turns within about 10 seconds.
4. Kill the engine and tighten with the required effort at first the lower bolt, then top.


All models

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish into place a belt cover. Strongly tighten bolts of its fastening.
2. Establish the right forward wheel and lower the car on the earth. Tighten nuts of fastening of a wheel with the required effort.
