Components of the oil pump
The lubrication system - the general information
In the considered engine the combined lubrication system with a full-line oil filter is used. The full volume of the filled-in oil makes 4.5 l.
Necessary working pressure of oil is created by the gear oil pump. Width of gear wheels makes 36 mm. Maslozabornik unites to the pump through sealing laying. The working size of pressure of oil in system makes 0.57 ÷ of 0.67 MPas. At excess of admissible value there is an opening of the reducing valve of the pump.
The sensor switch of a control lamp is fixed on an arm of an oil filter.
Cooling of oil is made in the heat exchanger connected to the engine cooling system.
The oil pump and assembly of a maslozabornik are located in the engine case pallet. The drive of the pump is carried out from the intermediate shaft rotating with a frequency equal to a half of frequency of rotation of a bent shaft.
