1. Disconnect a tube of system of ventilation of a case from a cover of a head of cylinders. If the sealing plug through passage is damaged, pick up replaceable suitable on a standard size.
2. Having hooked, take caps, give three fixing nuts, remove washers and a sealant. Try to remember the adjusting provision of the removed components. The damaged washers are subject to replacement.
3. Having in case of need tapped on perimeter the hammer with soft brisk, uncover a head.
4. Remove laying, attentively study its state, in case of identification of signs of aging of material or mechanical damages pick up replaceable.
5. Carefully smooth out the interfaced surfaces of a cover and a head of cylinders, having completely removed from them traces of oil and material of old laying.

Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to the next moments:

a) Track correctness of placement of laying on a head - all provided openings have to are combined with available in the interfaced surface;
b) Make sure of presence on the regular places on three hairpins of a cover of sealing cones;
c) Try not to displace laying in the course of lowering of a cover on a head;
d) Establish in a former order of a washer and a sealant, then screw fixing nuts and tighten them with the required effort. Establish caps;
e) Restore initial connection of a ventilating tube, having in case of need replaced the sealing plug through passage.
