Removal, check of a state and installation of assembly of an axis of yokes

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Uncover a head of cylinders (see the Section Removal and installation of a cover of a casing of the camshaft).
2. By means of a prutkovy key turn out two bolts of a head of cylinders used for fastening of the left and right support of an axis of yokes to a head of cylinders.

3. In stages (on 1/2 turns for approach) evenly weaken bolts of fastening of an axis of yokes, having exempted the last from influence of the effort developed by valvate springs. Turn out bolts, having remembered an initial arrangement of a maslootrazhatel, and take assembly of an axis of yokes from a head of cylinders.

4. In case of need remove components from an axis, previously having removed a lock ring.

5. Put the removed components as their installation on an axis.


Check of a state

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Check working surfaces of an axis (the place of landing of yokes and bearings) for existence of signs of wear, scratches and zadir. The worn-out axes and/or yokes are subject replace.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Working as it should be, the return to a dismantle order, put on an axis of yokes the components removed from it (in the correct order). Record assembly by a lock ring, having tracked for correctness of landing of the last in the flute. Make sure of freedom of rotation of yokes on an axis.

2. Omit assembly on the regular place in the head of cylinders. Track correctness of gearing of adjusting screws of yokes in end faces of bars of the corresponding pushers.

3. Screw fixing bolts (do not forget to establish a plate of a maslootrazhatel on the right support) and in stages evenly tighten them with the required effort.

4. Screw two bolts of a head of cylinders used for fastening of support of an axis of yokes and tighten them in three stages.
5. Make adjustment of valvate gaps (see the Head Routine maintenance).
6. Establish into place a cover of a head of cylinders (see the Section Removal and installation of a cover of a casing of the camshaft).
