Check of functioning and adjustment of system of injection


1. In case of violation of an isprvnost of functioning of system of injection first of all it is necessary to check a state and reliability of fastening of contact connections of the corresponding electric chains. Then check a condition of the filtering element of the air cleaner, spark plugs (do not forget to check installation of interelectrode gaps), hoses of system of ventilation of a case, compression pressure in cylinders and installation of a corner of an advancing of ignition.
2. If during the listed general checks it is not possible to reveal malfunction, the car should be driven away on car repair shop for deeper diagnostics with use of the special equipment. During such check data read-out of memory of the module of self-diagnostics of ECU is made. The attempt of serial check of a condition of each of system components by own forces is extremely inefficient and it can be only waste of time and forces, in particular if malfunction has dynamic character. Besides, the risk of casual irreversible inactivation of ECU is too high.
3. Rather skilled amateur mechanic having all necessary equipment (an exact tachometer and a gas analyzer) can independently check the level of content in the fulfilled SO gases and frequency of rotation of the engine on single turns. If the removed parameters exceed the limit of admissible ranges, the car for further diagnostics should be driven away on car repair shop. Manual adjustment of quality of mix and quantity of turns of idling are not provided. Negative results of check demonstrate internal violations of system of injection of fuel.
