Remove the panel of an internal upholstery of a door (see the Section Removal and installation of panels of an internal upholstery of doors).

Turn out the fixing screw, remove a washer and separate the internal handle of a door from an executive rod of the lock. Remove the handle from a door.

1. Remove the internal handle, then accurately separate an insulating film from a doorframe, having provided access to lock components.
2. Lower window flew down so that access to bolts of its fastening to the window regulator regulator opened. Turn out bolts, remove washers, then completely lift glass and glue it an adhesive tape to a door frame.

3. Give nuts of fastening of a back rack of the regulator of a window regulator to a door.

4. Take a rack aside from the door lock.

5. Give a nut, release fixing clamps and uncover with a door of anticreeping protection, having provided access to castle assembly.

6. Separate a connecting rod from the spherical hinge of the lever of the castle cylinder.

7. Shift a fixing clamp in one of the parties, then take the castle cylinder and remove a clamp.

1. Perform the procedures described in paragraphs with 1 on 5 subsections Cylinder of the Lock of a Forward Door.

2. Disconnect spherical hinges of executive rods of the external handle and the castle cylinder from the lock.

3. On the models equipped with the uniform lock walk on an electrical wiring from the door activator to the socket and disunite the last. Also turn out an additional bolt of fastening to a door of an arm of internal section of the lock in which the activator is placed.

12. On all models turn out two fixing bolts and remove external section of assembly of the lock from a door. Now the internal section can be taken from a door - try to remember adjusting provisions of connecting rods of the internal button and handle of a door. On the models equipped with the uniform lock the door activator is removed complete with internal assembly of the lock.

1. Perform the procedures described in paragraphs with 1 on 5 subsections Cylinder of the Lock of a Forward Door.

2. Disconnect an executive rod from the spherical hinge of the external handle.

3. Give a fixing nut, remove an assembly bracket and take the handle from a door.

1. Remove the external handle of a door.
2. Turn out fixing screws, remove washers and disconnect the internal handle of a door from the executive rod. Remove the handle from a door.
3. On the models equipped with the uniform lock walk on an electrical wiring from the door activator to the socket and disunite the last. Also turn out a bolt of fastening of an arm of internal section of the lock to a door.

4. On all models turn out two fixing bolts and remove external section of castle assembly from a door.

5. Disconnect an executive rod from a crank of the drive of the internal button, then release both rods from a door and take internal section of the lock. On the models equipped with the uniform lock the door activator is removed complete with internal assembly of the lock.

Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to the next moments:

a) All fixture should be tightened with the required effort;
b) Track reliability of fastening of connecting rods on spherical hinges and correctness of their adjustment. Adjustment is made by updating of the provision on a tip rod. Having achieved the required result, strongly latch a rod on the hinge;
c) Before returning into place an insulating film and to install the panel of an internal upholstery of a door (see the Section Removal and installation of panels of an internal upholstery of doors) check serviceability of functioning of the lock and both handles;
d) In conclusion make sure of serviceability of functioning of the lock and density of closing of a door. In case of need weaken fixing screws and correct position of the drummer of the lock. Having finished adjustment, tighten fixture with the required effort.
