Replacement of an epiploon of the camshaft

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Take off a belt of the drive of auxiliary units (see the Section Removal, installation and adjustment of effort of a tension of a belt of the drive of auxiliary units).
2. Uncover a gas-distributing belt, a pulley of a bent shaft, bring the piston of the first cylinder into the provision of VMT of the end of a step of compression. (see the Sections Reduction of the Piston of the First Cylinder in the provision of the top dead point (TDP) of the end of a step of compression, Removal and installation of a belt of the GRM drive and its covers, Removal, check of a state and installation of cogwheels and a natyazhitel of a belt of the GRM drive), remove a gas-distributing belt, a natyazhitel and a cogwheel of the camshaft (see the Section Removal, check of a state and installation of cogwheels and a natyazhitel of a belt of the GRM drive).

3. Turn out fixing bolts...

. also remove a back (internal) cover of a gas-distributing belt.

. Under a cover the camshaft epiploon is located.

4. Take a camshaft epiploon.
5. Without applying any solvent, dry неворсящейся wipe with rags walls of a nest of an epiploon and a surface of a pin of the camshaft. Polish surfaces, having removed from them all agnails, teases and roughnesses capable to lead to damage of a new epiploon.
6. Oil pure motive sponges of a new epiploon, then put on the last a camshaft pin.
7. By means of the hammer and the mandrel suitable by the size (the mandrel has to rest only against the firm outer edge of an epiploon) perpendicularly put an epiploon in a casing nest.
8. Establish an internal cover of a gas-distributing belt on a head of cylinders and tighten bolts of its fastening with the required effort.
9. Install into place the removed components (see the Sections Reduction of the Piston of the First Cylinder in the provision of the top dead point (TDP) of the end of a step of compression, Removal and installation of a belt of the GRM drive and its covers, Removal, check of a state and installation of cogwheels and a natyazhitel of a belt of the GRM drive).
10. Adjust a tension of an auxiliary driving belt (see the Section Removal, installation and adjustment of effort of a tension of a belt of the drive of auxiliary units).
