1. Park the car on a plain horizontal surface, whenever possible with a hard coating. Cock the parking brake and prop up wedges back wheels.

5. Disconnect a reception pipe of system of production of the fulfilled gases from a flange of a final collector (see the Head the Power supply system). When lowering system of production of the fulfilled gases try not to allow l-probe electrical wiring tensions - it will be correct to disconnect it previously.

6. Moving on pallet perimeter, in stages weaken and turn out fixing bolts.

7. Having tapped a palm, separate the pallet from the block of cylinders and take it from under the car.
8. Taking an opportunity, check a state and passability of a tube and the mesh filter of a maslozabornik of the pump. In case of need remove the pump (see the Section Removal and installation of the oil pump and a maslozabornik) and clean (or replace) a maslozabornik.

1. Carefully smooth out the interfaced surfaces, having completely removed from them the remains of material of old laying or sealant. Then wipe surfaces with the rags moistened in acetone.
2. Impose on the interfaced surface of the pallet a pillow of silicone sealant with the section of Ø 2 ÷ of 3 mm, leading round fixing openings from within.

It is not necessary to be zealous excessively, imposing sealant - hit of surplus in the pallet of a case can lead to violation of passability of the mesh filter of a maslozabornik and, as a result, development of oil starvation of internal components of the engine.

3. Having imposed sealant, at once press the pallet to the block. Not to allow inaccuracies, temporarily screw couple of directing M6 hairpins in bolted openings of the block. Tighten fixing bolts by hand.
4. In stages tighten bolts with the required effort. Before filling of the engine with oil wait time necessary for sealant hardening.
5. Hang out sections of system of production of the fulfilled gases and connect to a final collector its reception pipe (see the Head the Power supply system).
6. Lower the car on the earth and fill in necessary amount of engine oil of the required grade in the engine.
