Models with right-hand steering

The brake pedal is united in uniform assembly with a coupling pedal.

Despite extremely limited access, it is provided replacements of axial plugs of a pedal without dismantle of all assembly. Remove lock rings from both ends of an axis and release plugs from arms. Before installation new plugs should be greased with universal lubricant like Litol 24 or G000062. Track correctness of landing in the flutes of lock rings.

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a coupling pedal.
2. Release a clamp and release a tip of fastening of a rod of a pusher of the servo-driver of the vacuum amplifier of brakes from a pedal.
3. Unhook a returnable spring from a pedal.
4. Take the axial plug and remove a pedal from a basic arm (together with a returnable spring).
5. Check a pedal for existence of wear tracks or mechanical damages. Special attention should be paid to a condition of the axial plug. Replace defective components.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Grease a nest in pedals, the axial plug and a tip of fastening of a rod of a pusher with universal lubricant like Litol 24 or G000062
2. Correctly connect a returnable spring to a pedal. Having tracked correctness of gearing in a pedal of a rod of a pusher of the servo-driver of the vacuum amplifier of brakes, put the axial plug on the regular place.
3. Level a pedal concerning a pusher and fill into place a fixing tip. Fix a tip by a clamp, having tracked correctness of landing of the last in the flute.
4. Connect a returnable spring to a pedal. Before installation of a pedal of coupling make sure of an isprvnost of functioning of a foot brake.
