Capital repairs of the engine - preliminary data Dismantling of the engine it is the simplest to make after installation it on the special assembly stand which can try to be rented in a workshop of car service. For installation on the stand from the engine the flywheel then fixing bolts are rolled in openings in an end face of the block of cylinders is removed. In the absence of the stand the engine can be installed on a strong workbench, or directly - work for a garage floor accurately, trying not to strike with a case in firm surfaces. When using of the restored block of a full complete set, it is necessary to transfer to it all auxiliary units and hinged components. The following is among the components which are subject to transfer: Petrol engines a) The helmsman of the pump (at the corresponding complete set - see the Head Podvesk and steering); b) The K/V compressor (see the Head of the Cooling system, heating); c) The generator (with basic arms) and a starter (see the Head Elektrooborudovaniye of the engine); d) VV of a wire and components of system of ignition, including all sensors, the distributor, spark plugs, etc., depending on a complete set (see the Head Elektrooborudovaniye of the engine); e) Power supply system components (see the Head the Power supply system); f) All electric sensors, sensors switches and actuation mechanisms, and also the main braid of an electrical wiring of the engine (see the Head the Power supply system, the Head Elektrooborudovaniye of the engine Head Onboard electric equipment); g) The inlet pipeline and a final collector (see the Head the Power supply system); h) The probe of measurement of level of motive oil with the directing tube; i) Support of the power unit; j) Flywheel; k) Coupling components (see the Head Stsepleniye). Diesel engines a) The helmsman of the pump (at the corresponding complete set - see the Head Podvesk and steering); b) The K/V compressor (see the Head of the Cooling system, heating); c) The generator (with basic arms) and a starter (see the Head Elektrooborudovaniye of the engine); d) Candles an incandescence/components of system of preheat (see the Head Elektrooborudovaniye of the engine); e) All components of a power supply system, including TNVD, sensors and actuation mechanisms (see the Head the Power supply system); f) The vacuum pump of the brake amplifier (see the Head the Brake system); g) All electric sensors, sensors switches and actuation mechanisms, and also the main braid of an electrical wiring of the engine (see the Head the Power supply system the Head Onboard electric equipment); h) The inlet pipeline and a final collector (see the corresponding Part of the Head the Power supply system); i) The probe of measurement of level of motive oil with the directing tube; j) Support of the power unit; k) Flywheel; l) Coupling components (see the Head Stsepleniye).
In case of acquisition of an incomplete set (the block of cylinders with a bent shaft and piston group), it is necessary to remove from the old engine also a head of cylinders, the case pallet with a maslootrazhatel, the oil pump, a GRM drive belt/chain with covers, an auxiliary driving belt, the water pump, a thermostat casing, branch pipes of a cooling path, a casing of the air cleaner and, at the corresponding complete set, - the oil cooler. By preparation for carrying out complete capital repairs dismantling of the engine is made in the following order: a) Inlet pipeline and final collector; b) A GRM drive chain/belt with asterisks/cogwheels and a natyazhitel; c) Head of cylinders; d) Case pallet; e) Oil pump; f) Assemblies of pistons with rods; g) Bent shaft. |
