In case of acquisition of an incomplete set (the block of cylinders with a bent shaft and piston group), it is necessary to remove from the old engine also a head of cylinders, the case pallet with a maslootrazhatel, the oil pump, a GRM drive belt/chain with covers, an auxiliary driving belt, the water pump, a thermostat casing, branch pipes of a cooling path, a casing of the air cleaner and, at the corresponding complete set, - the oil cooler. By preparation for carrying out complete capital repairs dismantling of the engine is made in the following order: a) Inlet pipeline and final collector; b) A GRM drive chain/belt with asterisks/cogwheels and a natyazhitel; c) Head of cylinders; d) Case pallet; e) Oil pump; f) Assemblies of pistons with rods; g) Bent shaft. |
