1. Check of definition of cooling liquid requires a special sampler - ask in shops of automobile accessories.
2. Having waited for final cooling of the engine, turn off and uncover a jellied mouth of a broad tank. Following instructions of manufacturers of a sampler, make sure that the antifreeze mix with water which is filled in in system provides the required frost resistance. If density of mix is insufficient, system it is necessary to empty and make replacement of cooling liquid (see the Section Replacement of Cooling Liquid).
3. Having finished measurement, check the level of cooling liquid in a broad tank (see the Section Weekly checks), then densely tighten a cover of a jellied mouth. |
