1. Remove the top covers of the case of a throttle and the air cleaner (see the Section Removal and installation of assembly of the air cleaner).
2. Disconnect an accelerator cable from a control lever the provision of a butterfly valve (see the Section Removal, installation and adjustment of a cable of an accelerator).
3. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

4. Disunite the socket of an electrical wiring of the module of provision of a butterfly valve.

5. Disconnect the vacuum hose going from a cover of a head of cylinders and a hose of a coal adsorber from the throttle case.

6. Turn out four through bolts and remove the throttle case from the inlet pipeline. Remove also laying (at assembly it is subject to replacement without fail).

Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to the next moments:

a) Do not forget to replace sealing laying;
b) Through bolts of fastening of the case of a throttle have to be tightened with the required effort;
c) Track quality of all hose and electric connections;
d) Do not forget to adjust an accelerator cable tension (see the Section Removal, installation and adjustment of a cable of an accelerator).

1. Dump pressure in a power supply system (see the Section Dumping of Residual Pressure in a power supply system).
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
3. Remove the top covers of the case of a throttle and the air cleaner (see the Section Removal and installation of assembly of the air cleaner).

4. Previously having marked, disconnect an electrical wiring from injection injectors.

5. Release a plait from clamps on the top part of the fuel highway and shift it aside.

6. Disconnect hoses of giving and return of fuel from the end of the fuel highway. Try to remember the adjusting provision of hoses - giving it is located closer to the throttle case.

7. Disconnect a vacuum hose from a forward part of the regulator of pressure of fuel.

8. Also disconnect a small hose from a cover of a head of cylinders...

and a hose of a coal adsorber from a clamp in a back part of the fuel highway.

9. Turn out two fixing bolts and accurately remove the fuel highway together with injection injectors from the inlet pipeline. In order to avoid spilling of fuel try not to incline the highway. Track that at extraction of injectors from landing nests in the highway sealing rings remained on the regular places.

10. Injectors it can be removed from the highway in an individual order by extraction of metal clamps.

11. Remove the top sealing rings of injectors. Check a condition of rings.

12. In case of need remove the fuel pressure regulator (see below).
13. By means of a universal tester measure the electric resistance of each of injectors. Compare results of measurements to requirements of Specifications.

Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to the next moments:

a) Do not forget to check a condition of sealing rings of injectors. Defective rings are subject to replacement;
b) Track reliability of landing of metal clamps of fastening of injectors;
c) Track correctness of connection to the highway of hoses of giving and return of fuel;
d) Track quality of all hose and electric connections;
e) Before starting operation of the car check a power supply system for existence of leaks.

1. Dump pressure in a power supply system (see the Section Dumping of Residual Pressure in a power supply system).
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
3. Remove the top covers of the case of a throttle and the air cleaner (see the Section Removal and installation of assembly of the air cleaner).

4. Disconnect a vacuum hose from a forward part of the regulator of pressure.

5. For collecting the spilled fuel enclose rags under the regulator block.

6. Turn out the bolt located under the vacuum union of the regulator.

7. Throw off a washer and remove a fixing plate from a forward part of the regulator.

8. Remove the regulator from the regular place on the fuel highway. Track that sealing laying was removed together with the regulator.

Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to the next moments:

a) Worn-out sealing rings are subject to replacement without fail;
b) Track correctness of gearing of the top part of a fixing plate. Tighten a bolt with the required effort;
c) Track durability of connection of a vacuum hose.

1. The sensor is installed in a back part of the inlet pipeline.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
3. Remove the top covers of the case of a throttle and the inlet pipeline (see the Section Removal and installation of assembly of the air cleaner).

4. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the sensor.

5. Turn out two fixing screws and take the sensor from the nest in the pipeline. Do not forget to remove laying.

Installation is made upside-down. The damaged laying is subject to replacement. Track reliability of tightening of fixture.
