REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Release the wire clamps located on perimeter of the top cover of the air cleaner.

2. Turn out three bolts from a throttle case cover, then release from clamps on the lower party of a cover the hose going to a coal adsorber and electrical wiring plaits.

3. Disconnect a branch pipe of a ventilating sapun from a cover of a head of cylinders...

also release from a clamp under an inlet air duct a vacuum hose of the regulator of pressure of fuel.

4. Uncover the throttle case together with the top cover of the air cleaner and an inlet air duct.

Models of 1.6 l

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn out three screws from the cover installed on throttle cases. Pay attention that the forward screw is longer than other two.

2. Release from clamps on the lower party of a cover of the case of a throttle all hoses and plaits of an electrical wiring. Lift a cover.
3. Release four wire clamps located on perimeter of the top cover of the air cleaner.
4. Disconnect a ventilating branch pipe from the top part of a reception knee of a sleeve of air supply. Release from clamps and shift all wires and hoses preventing removal of a knee aside.
5. Turn out three fixing screws and remove an air supply sleeve knee together with a sleeve and the top cover of the air cleaner.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. At the corresponding complete set, check a condition of the rubber sealing laying installed from above on throttle cases. In case of need make replacement.

2. In need of removal of a casing of the air cleaner from a mudguard of a wheel arch, take the filtering element and disconnect a sleeve of supply of the warmed-up air from the casing basis.

3. The casing fastens a plastic nut in front. Two side rubber support are inserted into openings in a mudguard of a wheel arch.

4. Give a nut, release support from a mudguard and take a casing from a motive compartment.

5. The valve of control of the gate of the device of supply of the warmed-up air can be removed after an otdavaniye of two fixing screws in a forward part of a casing.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made upside-down. Rubber sealing laying of the case of a throttle has to provide full air sealing - the slightest thinness of a joint can significantly affect stability of turns of the engine.
