Removal and installation of a cover of a head of cylinders

REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. By means of a prutkovy key turn out three fixing golovchaty bolts.

2. Uncover a head of cylinders - in case of need tap it for release on perimeter the hammer with soft brisk.

3. Remove laying and check its state. In case of detection of defects prepare replaceable laying.
4. Carefully smooth out the interfaced surfaces of a cover and a head of cylinders, having removed from them all traces of oil.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to the next moments:

a) Before installation of laying grease the surfaces of contact of covers of bearings of the camshaft with a head with suitable sealant;
b) Track correctness of installation of laying. Lower a cover on a head extremely carefully, trying not to displace laying.
c) All fixture has to drag on with the required effort.
