General information
The system of production of the fulfilled gases of all models consists of a reception pipe, the catalytic converter (if that is provided), the central section with forward the muffler and final section with the back muffler.

On diesel models and petrol models of 1.6 l the catalytic converter can be built in in a reception pipe of system, on models of 1.3 l it is presented by separate section. Carburetor models are not completed with the catalytic converter. On illustrations designs the considered cars of systems of release used on are presented. |
System sections on all its length are suspended to the car bottom by means of the rubber loops clung for metal arms. REMOVAL

|
|
Get to work only after final cooling of system. The special attention sledtst to give to a condition of the catalytic converter whose working temperature is very high. For a full security guarantee perform all procedures in protective gloves. |
1. Each of sections of system of production of the fulfilled gases is removed in an individual order.
2. For removal to a poddomkratta any of system sections respectively a back or a front of the car. It is alternatively possible to drive the vehicle a platform or to park it over a viewing hole. |

Reception pipe (model of 1.3 l)
|
|
|
1. Remove the l-probe (see the Section Removal and installation of the l-probe).
|
|
2. Prop up the catalytic converter. Release two fixing bolts of a flange of connection of a reception pipe with converter section. Remove washers and kontryashchy springs. After a partition of flange connection remove a sealing ring - try to remember its adjusting direction (the flat party forward). |
|
|
3. Having propped up reception section, in stages give four nuts of fastening it to a final collector. Lower section and take it from under the car.

|
|
Catalytic converter (model of 1.3 l)
|
|
|
|
1. Prop up the catalytic converter. Give three nuts of back flange connection of section, take bolts, and remove washers. |
2. Turn out two bolts of forward flange connection, remove washers and kontryashchy springs. Having dismembered connection, take a sealing ring. At assembly the ring has to be established by the flat party forward. Accurately lower the converter block on the earth (see the Section the Catalytic converter - the general information and precautionary measures) and take it from under the car. |

Assembly of a reception pipe with the catalytic converter (diesel models and petrol models of 1.6 l)
|
|
|
1. Prop up the forward muffler or assembly of reception section wooden blocks. On petrol models of 1.6 l remove the l-probe (see the Section Removal and installation of the l-probe).
|
|
2. Give a nut of a coupling bolt of a collar of fastening of a reception pipe to the central section of system of release. On models of 1.6 l remove a washer and the remote plug. |
3. Give fixing nuts and separate reception section from a final collector. Remove sealing laying. Separate a reception pipe from the central section of system (see the Section the Catalytic converter - the general information and precautionary measures). Also take it from under the car. |

Assembly of the central section with the forward muffler
|
|
|
1. Prop up the catalytic converter, then release a coupling bolt of a fixing collar or bolts of flange connection and separate a forward part of the central section from the catalytic converter. On models of 1.3 l remove sealing laying.
2. Weaken a coupling bolt of a collar of fastening of a back part of the central section to an exhaust pipe. Remove loops of suspensions from arms of support and take the central section of system from under the car. Rubber loops of suspensions fasten in arms by means of two big clamps which should be removed previously. |

Assembly of final section with the back muffler
|
|
|
|
1. Release a coupling bolt of a collar of fastening of final section to central. Disunite sections. |
|
|
2. Take clamps, remove final section from basic arms and take it from under the car. |
|
|
Thermofilter(s)
|
|
|
|
Thermofilters fasten to car bottom panels by means of nuts, bolts and clamps. Each of screens can be removed after dismantle of the corresponding section of system of production of the fulfilled gases. If removal of the screen is made for the purpose of ensuring access to the components located under it, sometimes it appears to release only fixture enough and to slightly incline a screen guard at the same time it is possible to do without dismantle of sections of system of release. |

INSTALLATION
|
|
|
Installation is made upside-down. Special attention should be paid for the next moments:
a) Before joining of sections of system carefully clear the interfaced surfaces of corrosion traces. Coupling bolts and nuts of homutny connections will be correct to be replaced;
b) Do not forget to check a condition of rubber loops of basic suspensions of sections of system. Defective loops are subject to replacement;
c) The interfaced surfaces of homutny connections should be greased with the special pressurizing paste;
d) Before final tightening of fixture make sure of correctness of landing of rubber loops of suspensions. Remember that the system should not adjoin to components of a suspension bracket and a body of the car;
e) You make tightening of fixture with the required effort evenly in stages. |
