At assembly the new lock ring of fastening of the internal hinge of a power shaft will be required. |
1. Cock the parking brake and prop up wedges back wheels. A car front also establish to Poddomkratta it on props. Remove the corresponding forward wheel. 2. Merge gearbox oil, or prepare rags for collecting the oil spilled in the course of replacement of an epiploon.

3. Release the internal end of a power shaft from the transmission, take him aside and tie up a wire to suspension bracket elements.

If it is necessary to disconnect both power shafts, it is necessary to take care of fixing of side gear wheels of differential to avoid risk of their loss. Having released the first shaft, pass a piece of a metal bar or a pipe with a diameter about 26 mm throughout a nest under landing of a shaft in transmission differential. If necessary fix a core outside on a transmission case by an adhesive tape. If it is not possible to prevent falling of side gear wheels in differential, dismantle of the transmission and its delivery in a workshop of car service will be the only way of their extraction. |

4. Accurately hook an old epiploon the big screw-driver with a flat sting and take it from the landing nest. |

5. Carefully wipe walls of a landing nest, then slightly grease external sponges of a new epiploon with dense lubricant. Fill a new epiploon in a nest (sponges inside) and accurately begin to knock it against the stop, as a mandrel having used a face head of the suitable size or a piece of a pipe of the corresponding diameter.

The mandrel has to rest only against the firm outer edge of a face surface of an epiploon. |

6. Make sure of correctness of landing of an epiploon in RKPP case, then replace a lock ring of the internal hinge of a power shaft and fill the last in differential. 7. If gearbox oil merged, fill in necessary amount of fresh oil of the required grade in RKPP case. If depletions of a case of a box it was not made, check oil level. In case of need make the corresponding adjustment. |

Epiploon of an axis of forks of gear shifting

At assembly the new cylindrical pin of fastening of a rod will be required. |
1. Park the car on the flat horizontal platform, whenever possible with a hard coating. Firmly cock the parking brake, then a front of the car and establish to a poddomkratta it on props. 2. Remove a fixing collar from the transmission end of a rod of the choice of transfers, having provided thereby access to a tsilindricha

The collar of a basic equipment at assembly will be more correct to be replaced screw or worm. |
3. By means of the hammer and a drift beat out a pin and disconnect a rod of the choice of transfers from an axis of forks of switching. The old pin can be thrown out as at assembly it is subject to replacement without fail. 4. Remove a protective cover of an axis of forks, then by means of the screw-driver or nippers with long sponges release an old epiploon of a case of RKPP and remove it from the end of a rod. Prepare for collecting the spilled oil - establish suitable drain capacity under a box case.
5. Check the condensed axis surface for existence of the defects capable to lead to an exit of a new epiploon out of operation. In case of need make polishing of a pin of an axis a fine-grained emery paper. In case of identification of serious damages the axis is subject to replacement. 6. Slightly grease external sponges of a new epiploon and accurately put on it an axis of forks of gear shifting. Moving an epiploon lengthways on an axis, put it in a reception nest in RKPP case. Track, correctness of landing of an epiploon on a persistent coat hanger. 7. Connect a rod of the choice of transfers to an axis of forks of switching to RKPP and achieve combination of fixing openings. The hammer begin to knock a new cylindrical pin in openings and record it a collar of screw or worm type. 8. In conclusion make adjustment of level of gearbox oil in the transmission |

Epiploon of a main shaft
|
1. Remove the transmission from the car and make dismantling of the mechanism of switching off of coupling (see the Section Removal, check of a state and installation of the mechanism of switching off of coupling).

2. Turn out screws of fastening of the directing coupling of the release bearing of coupling and remove the last from a pin of main shaft RKPP. Remark: Miftah can be put rather hardly, and its removal will demand certain efforts. |
3. Having accurately hooked the screw-driver with a flat sting, take an old epiploon from the landing nest in assembly of the directing coupling. 4. Check the condensed shaft pin surface for existence of the defects capable to lead to an exit of a new epiploon out of operation. In case of need make polishing of a pin a fine-grained emery paper. In case of identification of serious damages the shaft is subject to replacement. 5. Dip a new epiploon in pure oil and accurately put him in a reception nest in a back part of the directing coupling of the release bearing (sponges outside, i.e. - towards the transmission). 6. Once again wipe a pin of a main shaft, grease it with dense lubricant, then accurately put the coupling with the epiploon put in it on the regular place. Densely press the coupling to the surface of the boat RKPP, then screw fixing screws and tighten them with the required effort. |
