At assembly new nuts of fixing bolts, and also new lock rings of internal hinges of power shafts will be required. |
1. Prop up back wheels of the car. Cock the parking brake, then a front of the car and establish to a poddomkratta it on props. Remove both forward wheels. 2. At the corresponding complete set turn out fixing screws and remove protection of a case. 3. Merge gearbox oil. Having replaced a sealing washer, screw into place a drain stopper and tighten it with the required effort. 4. On models of 1.3 l remove Hall's sensor from the transmission. On models with the central injection of fuel remove also from the throttle case an air cleaner casing. 5. On all models remove a starter. 6. Give a cap nut with a setup and disconnect a driving cable from the speedometer drive mechanism in a back part of RKPP (see the Section Removal and installation of the mechanism of the drive of a speedometer). 7. Release an adjusting nut of a cable of the drive of coupling, having as much as possible weakened the last. Disconnect a cable from the lever of switching off of coupling and release it from a basic arm. Take a cable aside from the transmission. Disconnect a spring and remove it from the top end of a rotary axis of a fork of switching off of coupling. 8. Remove the collar established from the transmission party of a rod of the choice of transfers for the purpose of ensuring access to a fixing cylindrical pin.
|
The standard collar of a factory complete set at assembly will be more correct to be replaced more practical screw or worm. Having used a drift and the hammer, beat out a pin and disconnect a rod from an axis of forks of switching of the transmission. You will throw out an old pin - at assembly it is subject to replacement without fail. |
9. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a bar of the mechanism of switching to the transmission. Disconnect a bar and remove washers. 10. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the sensor switch of fires of a backing (one or two sockets).
|
... also remove a plate of the lower cover of a flywheel from the coupling dome basis. |
12. Release the internal end of the left power shaft from differential. Without giving a nut of fastening of a shaft on a nave, tie up it a wire to suspension bracket elements. 13. Having released a shaft, enter a piece of a metal bar or a pipe with a diameter about 26 mm into a nest under landing of a shaft and push it through an opening of a side gear wheel of differential, having left the end to speakers from a case. If necessary fix a core outside on a transmission case by an adhesive tape.
|
If not to take care of fixing of one of side gear wheels in case of simultaneous dismantle of both power shafts, both gear wheels can fall in a box of differential and it is necessary to make RKPP for their extraction and to bring her in a workshop of car service. |
14. Having reliably recorded the left side gear wheel of differential, disconnect the right power shaft from a box. Tie up a shaft a wire to suspension bracket elements. 15. Prop up the engine a jack (for distribution of loading between a head of a jack and the pallet of a case lay wooden whetstone). Alternatively power unit can be hung out from above by means of the winch or a beam (previously it is necessary to install lifting eyes on the engine). Poddomkratte also the transmission (do not forget about whetstone).
|
16. Release nuts and bolts of fastening of a cheek of a back support of the power unit to a case of RKPP and a body of the car. Remove a support cheek. Nuts can be thrown out - at assembly they are subject to replacement without fail. |
17. Give a nut of a forward bolt of a fixing plate of the left support, then turn out both bolts and remove a plate. The nut is subject to replacement without fail.
|
18. Accept transmission weight on a jack, then give the remained nuts and bolts of fastening of a case of RKPP to the engine. Try to remember the adjusting provision of each of fixture elements, and also the brackets and arms which are in passing fixed by them. Last time make sure that nothing remained connected to a box and does not interfere it with removal. |
19. Slightly lower the transmission and begin to take away it to the left, removing from the directing pins. having separated a box from the engine, lower a jack and take assembly from under the car. Remove freely put directing pins and put them to the safe place. |
