System of heating/ventilation of salon - the general information Assembly scheme of a heater of salon
Scheme of functioning of system of heating/ventilation of salon The system of heating and ventilation provides air exchange, and also heating of air in interior of the car. Besides a standard set of air supply in a forward part of salon, also back air ducts which output diffusers are located in back doors are provided. Are a part of the equipment of system: an air inlet, the heater heat exchanger with the fan, air ducts of distribution of air streams and output deflectors closed by decorative lattices. The air duct on which air comes to salon from the outside is located behind edge of a cowl, directly under the windshield basis at once. The assembly of the heat exchanger of a heater equipped with the fan is placed in the plastic casing consisting of two half, in front and behind closed by covers. It is provided in the bottom of a casing of the heat exchanger drainage openings for removal of the rain water coming to assembly together with external air or in the course of a wash of the car. The air duct is brought to the lower part of a casing. The scheme of functioning of system of heating/ventilation of salon is submitted on an illustration. On the considered models of cars heaters of production of the KSA company are used. The heat exchanger is made of aluminum, side cameras - of plastic. Sideways two branch pipes which the rubber hoses fixed by collars are put on are brought out of a heater. The hose bringing liquid of cooling of the engine to the heat exchanger is connected to a branch pipe on the inlet pipeline which is also warmed up by liquid. By-pass the hose is connected to a branch pipe of the water pump In underwater the branch pipe is built in the gate allowing to regulate mechanically a consumption of the liquid passing through the heat exchanger as appropriate changing intensity of heating of the air given to salon. Placement of an electric motor of the fan of a heater in a stream of cold air provides its smooth functioning in view of highly effective withdrawal of surplus of heat for a long time. It is necessary to remember that the fan can function only at the included ignition (a key in situation "I"). Turning on of the fan and the choice of its high-speed mode is made by the rotary handle located on the control panel. The control panel of functioning of systems of heating/ventilation is built in in the lower part of the central section of the dashboard of the car. Management of position of the adjusting gate, and also the airdistributing gates located in a casing of a heater is carried out also by means of the rotary handles located on the control panel. In a heater casing on the special socket the rheostats of management of the high-speed modes of the fan of a heater providing step change of turns of a krylchatka are established. Cooling of rheostats is made at the expense of an obduv by their air stream. Near rheostats the bimetallic safety lock which is disconnecting a fan drive electric motor at its overheat or short circuit in a power-supply circuit is established. In case of need, giving in salon of external air can be completely blocked by inclusion of the mode of the closed air circulation. Such opportunity allows to avoid hit in salon badly of the smelling or strongly dusty air, however the mode has to be used only quickly, owing to the fact that the air closed in small volume quickly stands. |
