At assembly the new cylindrical pin of fastening of a rod of the choice of transfers will be required. |
1. Park the car on the flat horizontal platform, whenever possible with a hard coating. Firmly cock the parking brake, then a front of the car and establish to a poddomkratta it on props.

2. Remove a fixing collar from the transmission end of a rod of the choice of transfers, having provided thereby access to a cylindrical pin of fastening of a rod to axes of forks of switching of RKPP. |

|
The collar of a basic equipment at assembly will be more correct to be replaced screw or worm. By means of a drift beat out a pin. |
- at assembly it is subject to replacement without fail. |

3. Give a nut of an axial bolt of fastening of a rod of the choice to RKPP control lever basis / to a basic plate, then disconnect the forward end of an external rod from an axis of forks of switching in the transmission and remove a rod from the car. Take the old axial plug (i) from the switching lever. |
4. Unscrew RKPP control lever handle, release a protective cover from the central console and remove it from the lever. 5. Under the car turn out bolts and remove a bracket of a back support of a bar of the mechanism of switching to a body. Remove a rubber pillow of a support - try not to drop remote washers.

6. Turn out the only bolt of fastening of a bar of the mechanism of switching to transmission, remove washers and take a rubber pillow of a support. Take assembly of a bar of the mechanism of switching with RKPP control lever from under the car. |
7. In case of need the bar can be disconnected from the lever after removal of sealing covers and a lock ring, - try to remember the adjusting provision of all removed components. 8. Carefully wipe all removed components and check them for existence of signs of wear or mechanical damages. Replace defective parts - most of them is delivered on the automobile market in an individual order. |
