1. In case of need give nuts of fastening of the top support of racks of a suspension bracket and remove a rack-mount strut from the car.

Working according to the instructions provided in the corresponding Part of the Head the Power supply system, perform the following procedures: a) On petrol models of 1.3 l of SPFI remove assembly of the air cleaner; b) On petrol models of 1.3 l of MPFI to an otboltita also remove assembly of the case of a throttle from the inlet pipeline. Take assembly aside, without disconnecting an accelerator cable, an electrical wiring and connecting hoses; c) On petrol models of 1.6 l remove a sleeve of an inlet air inlet; d) On diesel models remove the top section of the inlet pipeline.

3. Release clamps of fastening of an air inlet to the top part of a casing of a heater...

... take an air inlet from a motive compartment.

4. Remove the battery (see the Head Elektrooborudovaniye of the engine).
5. Remove an instrument guard and the lighter (see the Head Onboard electric equipment).
6. Find and disunite the electric socket of the control panel of system of heating/ventilation of salon on the left side of a casing.

If access to the socket is limited, its rassoyedineniye can be made after removal of a casing.

7. Through an opening under installation of the lighter release a clamp of fastening of a sleeve of air supply in a foot well to the heater casing basis.

8. In a motive compartment press hoses of a heating path for the purpose of minimization of losses of cooling liquid. Enclose rags under heater heat exchanger unions, then release collars and disconnect both hoses. At once wash away the spilled cooling liquid water. Impose a casing of a heater with rags.

9. Give nuts of fastening of assembly of a casing of a heater to a partition of a motive compartment.

10. Ask the assistant to make sure that the control panel of system is released from the dashboard, then lift assembly of a casing with the control panel and remove it from the car,

11. Installation is made upside-down. Special attention should be paid to the next moments:

a) Before installation check a condition of pereborochny laying, in case of need make its replacement;
b) Track correctness of landing of assembly of a casing and reliability of fastening of air ducts and branch pipes, only after it start tightening of fixing nuts;
c) Track reliability of fastening on unions of the heat exchanger of the corresponding hoses;
d) In conclusion add necessary amount of mix of the required structure in the cooling system.

1. Remove assembly of a casing of a heater with the control panel.

2. Try to remember the adjusting provision of each of driving cables (tips of cables have color marking). Then, by means of flat-nose pliers release fixing clips and disconnect cables from the panel.

3. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the driving motor of the fan of a heater, then separate the panel from a casing.

4. Assembly is carried out upside-down. Track correctness of laying and reliability of fastening on the regular places of all driving cables. A feather final installation of assembly of a casing check serviceability of functioning of switches of management for the car.

2. For the purpose of ensuring access remove the battery.

3. Walk on an electrical wiring from an electric motor the heater fan truth to the socket. Disunite the socket...

also release the rubber plug of a plait through passage from a casing, then extend a plait from a casing.

4. Turn out fixing screws, release clamps and remove assembly of a basic plate of an electric motor of the fan from a heater casing.
