Removal and installation of assembly of the air cleaner and components of an inlet path

REMOVAL

Air cleaner

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Take the filtering air cleaner element.

2. In a motive compartment squeeze flat-nose pliers of a leg of a big spring collar and disconnect an air supply sleeve from a cover of the inlet pipeline.

3. The casing of the air cleaner is located on a mudguard of an arch of the right forward wheel and fixed by means of a plastic nut. Two rubber support of a casing at the same time are passed throughout openings in a mudguard. Give a nut, release rubber support and take an air cleaner casing from a motive compartment.

4. Turn out five bolts of fastening of a cover of the inlet pipeline.

5. Remove a ventilating branch pipe from a camshaft cover, or release a collar and disconnect a branch pipe from a cover of the inlet pipeline.

6. If did not do it earlier, release a collar and disconnect an inlet air duct.

7. Lift a cover of the inlet pipeline, having cast away it on a motive compartment back. The cover is dressed on inlet air branch pipes and cannot be removed from them before removal of the pipeline. Check a condition of a rubber sealant, in case of need make replacement.

8. Turn out bolts of fastening of inlet air branch pipes - bolts are used also for fastening of the pipeline - and remove assembly of the pipeline with branch pipes and a cover from a back part of a head of cylinders. Remove adjusting laying of the pipeline.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made upside-down. If removal of the inlet pipeline was made, do not forget to replace sealing laying. Check a state and passability of a ventilating branch pipe. In case of need clean it, or replace.
