Removal and installation of the electromagnetic locking valve

See the preventions provided in the Section the General information and precautionary measures.

At the time of drawing up the present manual replaceable locking valves in an individual order (separately from TNVD) were not issued. In case of problems address specialists of car service.

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The locking valve is installed in a back part of TNVD.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
3. Remove the top cover from the valve.
4. "Walk" on an electrical wiring from the valve case to the control unit of an immobilizator of anticreeping system. Turn out a bolt, remove the remote plug and remove the control unit from TNVD basis.
5. Turn out the valve case from a pump body, covering with a key six-sided casting in the valve basis. Try not to pull an electrical wiring. Remove a sealing ring, take a spring and a plunger.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made upside-down. Do not forget to replace a sealing ring. Track reliability of tightening of the case of the valve.
