1. Remove the top covers of the case of a throttle and the air cleaner (see the Section Removal and installation of assembly of the air cleaner).
2. Disconnect an accelerator cable from a control lever the provision of a butterfly valve (see the Section Removal, installation and adjustment of a cable of an accelerator).
3. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

4. Disunite the socket of an electrical wiring of the module of provision of a butterfly valve.

5. Disconnect the hose going from a coal adsorber from a forward part of the case of a throttle.

6. Turn out four through bolts and remove the throttle case from the inlet pipeline. Remove also sealing washer - at assembly it is subject to replacement without fail.

Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to the next moments:

a) Do not forget to replace a sealing washer;
b) Through bolts of fastening of the case of a throttle have to be tightened with the required effort;
c) Track quality of all hose and electric connections;
d) Do not forget to adjust an accelerator cable tension (see the Section Removal, installation and adjustment of a cable of an accelerator).

1. Dump pressure in a power supply system (see the Section Dumping of Residual Pressure in a power supply system).
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
3. Remove the top cover of the case of a throttle (see the Section Removal and installation of assembly of the air cleaner).

4. Previously having marked, disconnect an electrical wiring from injection injectors.

5. Release a plait from clamps on the top part of the fuel highway and shift it aside.

6. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the union in the lower part of the regulator of pressure of fuel.

7. Disconnect hoses of giving and return of fuel from the end of the fuel highway. Try to remember the adjusting provision of hoses (check them for existence of factory marking of the direction of a stream).

8. Turn out two fixing bolts and accurately remove the fuel highway together with injection injectors from the inlet pipeline. Track that at extraction of injectors from landing nests in the highway the lower sealing rings remained on the regular places.

9. Injectors it can be removed from the highway in an individual order by extraction of metal clamps. Remove the top sealing rings of injectors.

10. In case of need remove the fuel pressure regulator.
11. By means of a universal tester measure the electric resistance of each of injectors. Compare results of measurements to requirements of Specifications.

Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to the next moments:

a) Do not forget to check a condition of sealing rings of injectors. Defective rings are subject to replacement;
b) Track reliability of landing of metal clamps of fastening of injectors;
c) Track correctness of connection to the highway of hoses of giving and return of fuel;
d) Track quality of all hose and electric connections;
e) Before starting operation of the car check a power supply system for existence of leaks.

1. Dump pressure in a power supply system (see the Section Dumping of Residual Pressure in a power supply system).
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
3. Remove the top cover of the case of a throttle (see the Section Removal and installation of assembly of the air cleaner).

4. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the union in the lower part of the regulator of pressure.

5. Weaken a collar and disconnect a fuel supply hose from the highway. At the same time the most part of the fuel which is contained in the highway will pour out outside - prepare small drain capacity and enclose rags under assembly of the regulator.
6. Take a fixing clamp from the top part of the regulator case fixed at an end face of the fuel highway. Remove the regulator with sealing rings.

Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to the next moments:

a) Worn-out sealing rings are subject to replacement without fail;
b) Track reliability of landing of a clamp;
c) Track durability of connection of a vacuum hose.

2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
3. Remove the top cover of the case of a throttle (see the Section Removal and installation of assembly of the air cleaner).
4. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the sensor.
5. Turn out two fixing screws and take the sensor from the nest in the pipeline.

Installation is made upside-down. Track reliability of tightening of fixture.

1. The relay of the fuel pump and safety locks of system of injection are located in the assembly block installed in interior of the car (see the Head Onboard electric equipment).
2. The relay of the pump is on the fifth position among the relay of the working panel of the assembly block. The electric chain of a contour of power supply of the pump is protected by a safety lock No. 4.
3. The relay is taken from the nest by a simple pulling. Installation of the relay is unambiguous in view of asymmetry of a form of a nest.
4. The safety lock is removed also as well as all other safety locks (see the Head Onboard electric equipment).
5. It is necessary to notice that removal of the main safety lock of system of injection (No. 1) leads to deleting of adaptation data from memory of ECU, also as it occurs at shutdown of the battery. Reset of working parameters demands some time that can lead to violation of stability of turns of idling within the first several minutes after the first start of the engine.
