Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline
REMOVAL
Models of 1.3 l
|
1. Remove the top covers of the case of a throttle and the air cleaner (see the Section Removal and installation of assembly of the air cleaner). 2. Disconnect an accelerator cable from the lever of the drive of a butterfly valve (see the Section Removal, installation and adjustment of a cable of an accelerator). Release a cable from a basic clamp and take him aside. 3. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the module of provision of a butterfly valve and the sensor of temperature/pressure of the soaked-up air. 4. Disconnect the hose going from a coal adsorber and also the small vacuum hose going from a cover of a head of cylinders from the throttle case. 5. Having carefully marked wires, disunite electric sockets. Release an electrical wiring plait from clamps on the top side of the fuel highway and take it aside. 6. Disconnect a vacuum hose from a forward part of the regulator of pressure of fuel 7. Enclose under nipple connections of lines of giving and return of fuel on the fuel highway old rags. Release collars and disconnect hoses of lines from the highway. Try to remember the adjusting provision of hoses - giving settles down closer to the throttle case. 8. "Walk" on a vacuum hose from the motive compartment established on a partition to the block of the servo-driver of the brake amplifier to the union on the left side of the inlet pipeline. Remove a hose from the union.

9. Otboltite a basic rack from the right wall of the inlet pipeline. |
10. Make sure that nothing remained connected to the pipeline and does not interfere it with removal.

11. In stages weaken six fixing nuts and bolts (access to four of them is possible from above, to two - from below). Try not to mix fixture of the inlet pipeline with fixture of a final collector. Separate the pipeline from a head of cylinders and take it from a motive compartment - try not to allow effluences from the fuel highway of the remains of fuel. Remove and will throw out two laying - at assembly they are subject to replacement without fail. |

Disconnect a vacuum hose from the union on the lower part of the regulator of pressure of fuel 6. Enclose under nipple connections of lines of giving and return of fuel on the fuel highway old rags. Release collars and disconnect hoses of lines from the highway. Try to remember the adjusting provision of hoses - giving settles down closer to the throttle case.

7. Disconnect the vacuum hose going from the servo-driver of the brake amplifier from the union on the left wall of the inlet pipeline. |
8. In stages weaken and turn out bolts of fastening of the inlet pipeline to a head of cylinders. Separate the pipeline from a head and take it from a motive compartment - try not to allow effluences from the fuel highway of the remains of fuel. Remove and will throw out two sealing rings - at assembly they are subject to replacement without fail.

INSTALLATION
|
Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to the next moments:
a) Sealing laying / rings is subject to replacement without fail; b) All fixture has to drag on with the required effort; c) Track quality of all hose and electric connections; d) Do not forget to adjust an accelerator cable (see the Section Removal, installation and adjustment of a cable of an accelerator); e) Before starting operation of the car, carefully check a power supply system for existence of signs of leaks. |
