REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Release the assemblies located on perimeter wire clamps, turn out three fixing bolts and remove the top cover of the air cleaner. Take the filtering element.

2. Release from an intermediate clamp on a forward part of a casing of the air cleaner an accelerator cable...

disconnect a sleeve of supply of the warmed-up air from a casing of the thermosensitive valve...

... on the models equipped with series 136B engines release a collar and disconnect an inlet air sleeve from a casing of the air cleaner or a box of the resonator.

3. Slightly raise an air cleaner casing, having separated it from the throttle case. Disconnect the vacuum tube of management of the thermosensitive sensor switch which is passing under a casing and going to the throttle case. The second, going to the capsule, vacuum hose can be left connected.

4. Remove from the top cover of the engine a big ventilating branch pipe). Release from clamps on the lower party of a casing of the air cleaner small шлаг, going from the top cover of the engine and a hose of a purge of a coal adsorber.

5. Now the casing of the air cleaner can be taken from a motive compartment.

6. In case of need the inlet mouth of the air cleaner on engines of a series 135B can be removed after a reversing of the fixing screw.

7. For removal of a casing of the thermosensitive valve of management of temperature of the soaked-up air disconnect a vacuum tube from the capsule,

then release two spring clamps...

also remove a casing, having shifted it forward.

8. On the models equipped with the series 136B engine in an inlet air duct the rezonatorny box is installed that allows in an essential measure to reduce intensity of a noise background. The box fastens two nuts - one in front and one behind (on a suspension bracket rack support). The general view of assembly of the air cleaner is given in an illustration.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made upside-down. Track reliability of connection of a vacuum tube, correctness of placement of a casing of the air cleaner on the throttle case (the possibility of leak of air has to be completely excluded). Check a condition of the rubber sealing laying installed from above on the throttle case, in case of need make replacement.
