Components of the oil pump
The lubrication system - the general information
The lubrication system - combined with a full-line oil filter. The total of oil makes 3.5 l. The scheme of placement of the main components of the lubrication system is submitted on an accompanying illustration.
The jellied mouth in a cover of a head of cylinders is closed by the stopper equipped with a sealing ring. The pallet of a case is cast from aluminum alloy and connects to the block of cylinders through sealing laying. Fastening of the pallet to the block is carried out by means of twenty bolts. The drain stopper is processed in the form of a turnkey hexagon on 19 mm.
The sensor switch of pressure of oil is installed in a block head. The control lamp of pressure of oil on an instrument guard is disconnected on reaching pressure of value of 0.035 MPas. When checking pressure in system it should not be lower than 0.2 MPas with a frequency of rotation of the engine of 2000 rpm and temperature of oil of +80 °C.
The gear oil pump is installed in a forward part of the engine in the pallet of its case. To a pump housing the maslozabornik with the mesh filter fastens. In a pump housing the reducing valve working with a pressure of 0.4 ÷ of 0.5 MPas is built in. In case of refusal the oil pump is replaced assembled.
Replacement of a non-demountable full-line oil filter is made at the same time with change of motive oil.
