1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Perform procedures of paragraphs with 1 on 5 Sections Removal and installation of a steering column.
3. Turn out the top bolts of fastening of a steering column (try to remember adjusting provisions of remote washers and rubber pillows). Remove a support collar.
4. Turn out the lower bolts of fastening of a column, remove rubber pillows and remote washers, then slightly lower a column for the purpose of ensuring access to assembly of the lock.
5. Remembering an order of connection of sockets, disconnect an electrical wiring from the lock. On the models equipped with an immobilizator accurately release a sensor ring from a casing of the lock and take him aside from a steering column.
6. By means of the hammer and a suitable drift tap heads of coupling bolts of fastening of a casing of the lock on perimeter, having weakened bolts so that the possibility of their reversing manually appeared. Having turned out bolts, remove a collar and separate assembly of the lock from a steering column.
7. In case of need the casing of the castle cylinder can be taken from a fixing collar by removal of a srezny bolt.

1. If it is required, establish a casing of the castle cylinder in a fixing collar and screw new srezny a bolt, slightly having tightened the last at this stage.
2. Start castle assembly on the regular place on a steering column. Establish a fixing collar and screw new srezny bolts.
3. In stages evenly tighten both bolts. Check serviceability of functioning of assembly, then hold on bolts to cutting of their heads.
4. According to the marking put in the course of dismantle connect an electrical wiring to the lock. At the corresponding complete set latch into place an immobilizator sensor ring.
5. Having tracked correctness of installation of remote washers and rubber pillows, put a steering column on the lower support. Screw the lower fixing bolts, then establish a collar of the top support (again track correctness of assembly of components) and attract it bolts. Make sure of correctness of provision of a column, then tighten all fixture with the required effort.
6. Further assembly is made as it should be, the return to a dismantle order. Pay attention to the next moments:

a) Track correctness of laying of an electrical wiring and reliability of fastening of plaits in all provided intermediate clamps;
b) The order of installation of a steering wheel is stated in the Section Removal and installation of a steering wheel;
c) Before installation of the lower casing of a column make sure available a small gap between a steering wheel and the top casing. In case of need modify gap size, having weakened a collar of the holder of understeering switches.

1. Remove assembly of the lock.
2. Turn out screws without heads and take assembly of the switch of ignition from a back part of a casing of the lock.

1. Make sure of correctness of position of the switch and bring it to a lock casing. Having made sure of correctness of introduction of the switch to gearing with the lock, finally put assembly in a casing.
2. Clean a carving of fixing screws and slightly grease it with the fresh fixing sealant. Screw screws in castle assembly and strongly tighten them.
3. Establish into place assembly of the lock.
