Removal, check of a state and installation of the control valve of the vacuum amplifier of brakes with a hose REMOVAL
| |
|
| 1. The control valve is built in a vacuum hose of the servo-driver of the brake amplifier.

| | 2. Carefully release a vacuum hose from the servo-driver block, take the rubber plug through passage. |
| | 3. Moving along a hose back, release it from all intermediate clamps, then release a collar and disconnect a hose from the inlet pipeline / the vacuum pump. Take assembly of a hose from a motive compartment. do not try to take out the valve from a hose. | | | CHECK
| |
|
| 1. Attentively examine the valve with a hose on existence of signs of mechanical damages. In case of need make replacement. Check of an isprvnost of functioning of the valve can be made by its produv in both directions. Air has to go through assembly only to one party - from the vacuum amplifier. Otherwise the valve is subject to replacement. 2. Check the rubber plug of the valve through passage for existence of damages and signs of aging of material. In case of need make replacement.
 | | INSTALLATION
| |
|
| 1. Installation is made upside-down. Track correctness of laying of a hose and reliability of tightening of a fixing collar. 2. Densely put the plug through passage in the block of the servo-driver and pass throughout it the trailer union of a vacuum hose (try not to damage the plug).
 3. In conclusion start the engine and check the corresponding components for existence of signs of leak of air.
